Back!!
After 16 days I am back, I hurt my back putting a dumbbell away. I was twisting with the dumbbell in my had. Ouch!!!! Gained 6 lbs and ate a lot of shit. Very difficult getting back after my back felt better, I could of been back in the gym 5 days ago but I used it as an excuse to eat shit whenever I wanted too.

Begin Again
Well here it is Dec 19 and I started the transformation/4 hour body program all over. But this time I have 4 other motivators, my family 3 sons and a wife. Everyone is committed and this site is a huge help for recording workouts and food. I am stoked to see how much I can lose this week, as I am following the 4HB Slow Burn II diet and I am exercising as well. I will be 170lbs and < 12% body fat by June 28th 2011 my 48th birthday. Z
