    Or to be accurate, 8 weeks and 6 days and we will be off to Greece for a week of laziness in the sun.

    I graduated

    I'm sorry I've been neglecting my GymBuddies, I've been putting all my effort into physical therapy. Today was my last day (they told me I "graduated") so now I can get back to regular exercises and slowly build back up.

    4 day win - day 4

    I signed up for the next series of Nordic Walking but when I checked my diary I can actually only make one of the sessions, I have meetings all the other times. So today was just my normal 1.7 mile walk from the office. I made a healthy packed lunch and dinner was fine too, so calories were fine. I have only lost half a pound on my 4 day win but I feel like I am on the right track again.
