Good Ol' Superbowl
Thank you Superbowl weekend for helping me gain back the 2 pounds I had lost plus 2 extra pounds. a special thank you to lil' smokies and the white trash dip for nearly stopping my heart...can't wait to see you both next year!!!

Hey Truck Potato!
Did you make in the gym this morning? I didn't see you there. Oh yeah, you wouldn't be in my gym. I am down 19 lbs since I restarted. I have completed 2 DailyBurn workout programs. Not as much fun as having someone kick your ass in person. I am doing a fun program right now. I am doing the Six-Pack abs program (yes, I still have a keg...) and run a lap between progressions. Then on Tuesday/Thursday I lift. More reps, less weights. Tues is chest/back. Thurs legs/biceps. DailyBurn adds up your total weights lifted for a workout, today 36,061 lbs. It didn't seem like it at the time. As for the food, I have been making good choices and logging EVERYTHING into the DailyBurn app. I heard somewhere that if you want to loose weight, just write down what your eat. So true. if you are interested in seeing my workouts and food, I can email you a PDF from DailyBurn. When I started I went to see a nutritionist. She helped me change a few things I had been eating. It has helped. I need to go she her again since I am kind of stuck. The thing that really helps is taking your lunch. This have been a big cost savings and I have been eating less.

Howdy...
Wow, 14 lbs to loose and you are going to do two a days??? What, you need to lose it be next week? The site has been good for tracking. The workouts are a bit redundant, so I broke them up into progressions and run a lap between each progression set. But I have been hovering around 257-260. I need a break through. I want to get down to 210.
