so yesterday i was sick.. blarg
im more worried about toning, and having stamina to run... im not a numbers girl.. it took me over a year to finally get over 100 lbs after my divorce.. so.. i just want clothes to fit comfortable, and to be able to build up jogging power to be able to hold a run or jog at a steady pace..without irregular breathing..

Hey! So I noticed that you have exercised 6 times this week :) way to go! What are some goals that you have? Anything that I can do to help motivate you. Your last post you mentioned your BMI. 1st 22 is in the healthy range, secont BMI is a TERRIBLE system to judge how healthy you are. It doesnt take into account that muscle weighs more than fat and favors a more seditary lifestyle. Just something to think about. Hope you are having a good day! Now go break a sweat! :)

TODAY.. WAS AWESOME
I think getting an unexpected email drove me to push myself.. sweat and all.. i like.. i got my assestment test.. 22 percent bmi need to lean up.. somehow lose lbs and figure out my oxygen intake. so i dont burn out so fast.. blarg

w1: Day 5
Cinco De Mayo... Wooot!!! averaged 17 minute mile - with playing with the different settings on the treadmill - screwed up my time i think. so much for average heart rate at a 10% incline only going 2.8 mph.. ;) didnt help. but helped.
