bakery on main"s Apple Raisin Walnut Granola is gluten free dairy free casein free etc and its really really yummy. but, 260 calories for 3/4cup. ): i had way too much of it today. and now my calorie count is up and i barely ate today. sucks

That's good that you ran! Keep it up and even if you go slow, at least you're getting into the motions of it. It sucks running, lol, so just getting out is good. Lets all go out this week!! Please!!!!

hey wat the heck. am i the only one playing this game! haha. i suck. i ran 1.25 miles today and it only took me all of 14.42 minutes.. um yea i need to step it up.

well today i had over 1600 calroies. ew i feel sick gross. i had bad stuff for dinner and i wana puke i feel greasy and gross.
