    Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps

    I posted a new routine today. Try it out and let me know what you think. You don't have to use the amount of weight that I used, but do what you are comfortable with. Cut your rest period down to 30 seconds after you complete 2 rounds of 1 exercise from each group. 1 Shoulder, 1 bicep, 1 tricep and repeat for another cycle and then rest 30-45 seconds.
