Quick summary
I have now gained 2.6 kg (5.7 lbs) lean body mass (all muscles?) and I have gained 2.2 kg (4.9 lbs) fat. All this the last 111 days, since oct 04 2008. I'm happy with that. Not easy to gain muscles without gaining fat. Also not easy to gain fat without gaining muscles. :)
