Awesome fast food

Only 3.5g of fat! 29g of protein! Whole wheat bun! This is the perfect fast food item for you to feel like you're cheating, but you're really not :D Just be sure not to use the extra sauce they include with it (the one with the yellow label). It's *really* high in fat, upwards of 16g, if I remember correctly. If you're getting the meal, substitute the fries for a soup to save on fat and add some extra protein. Add in a Diet Coke or Coke Zero and you're at a total of only 7.5g of fat for a 450 cal meal! That should hit all but the most protein-heavy diets. Awesome!
