My arteries used to be too clean!

In an increasingly obese nation, I was often shunned by my pears for having heart that functioned a bit too well. All the best parties were happening in the cardiac unit at the hospital. My arteries were just too danged clean! But not anymore. Thanks to Lard, I fit in now with all my fat friends. All I had to do was add 1 tbsp to each meal. Now I am the most popular guy around. And you can be too!
