Yes, it's UNCOOKED quinoa...

I love the fact that this entry is for uncooked quinoa. I cook a cup at a time & divide it up into servings from there. I don't see why this is a difficult issue for people!

Rough conversion FYI

Yeah, this is confusing. 1 cup dry quinoa = about 3 cups cooked, so divide however much you ate cooked by 3 and you can sort of use this food item.

Do Note...!

This is for 1 cup of DRY, UNCOOKED Quinoa! (as noted above) I about choked when I saw my calorie count shoot thru the roof! Serves me right for not reading lables, huh? lol
