Ingredients: 1 cup green beans 15 oz. yellow beans 15 oz. kidney beans 0.5 cups chopped red pepper 0.5 cupts chopped red onion 0.25 cup white vinegar 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 0.5 tsp dry mustard 0.5 tsp ground black pepper 1 clove garlic minced

Food Description

1. mix beans, bell pepper & onion in large bowl. 2. Whisk vinegar, sugar, oil, dry mustard, black pepper, and garlic in medium bowl. Pour over beans. 4. Toss beans and dressing. Cover and leave in fridge for 3-4 hours.
