Ingredients: 1.5 cups apricot juice 0.33 cup dried apricots 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced 0.24 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper spray cooking oil 12 oz salmon

Food Description

1. Stir all ingredients (no salmon) in saucepan. Boil on medium-high. Reduce to medium-low to simmer uncovered for 20 mins. Stir occasionally. 2. Place oven rack 4 inches below broiler. Turn on broiler. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Center salmon on pan. Broil for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes with fork. Use pastry brush to baste fish with apricot glaze every 3-4 mins.
