Ingredients: 0.5 cup sugar 1 tsp baking soda 0.25 tsp salt 0.75 cup flour 0.75 cup whole wheat flour 0.25 cup vegetable oil 0.25 cup skim milk 2 med bananas mashed 1 tsp vanilla extract 0.33 cup cranberries

Food Description

1. Preheat oven to 375 farenheit. 2. Stir sugar, baking soda, salt & flour in bowl. 3. Add oil, milk, mashed bananas, vanilla to bowl and mix. 4. Fold in cranberries. 5. Fill muffin cups 0.66 full of batter. 6. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediatey.
