Ingredients: Thin veal, scallopini cut 2 cups, Ragu Old World Style Spaghetti Sauce 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs 1 large egg, beaten 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Food Description

Dredge veal in beaten egg, then in Italian breadcrumbs. Place in baking dish that has 1 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom. Cover veal with other cup sauce, then add Parmesan cheese. Cook for 15 minutes at 375. Serve with spaghetti (not included). Number of Servings: 4

Better with less sauce

I prefer this with a thin coating of sauce on the bottom of the pan and a modest layer of sauce on top of the veal.
