Tree of Life Macadamia Nut Oil, an 80% monounsaturated oil, with one of the highest percentages among cooking oils. It is delightful in most foods, including salads, stir-fry and baked goods. This oil can also be used for body care. Tree of Life Macadamia Nut Oil is expeller pressed (mechanically) without the use of hexane or other harmful chemicals. To preserve freshness, refrigerate after opening. This oil may turn cloudy during refrigeration. This is a natural occurence and does not affect the quality or the taste of the product.
