To increase your stamina you need to get plenty of oxygen to all your muscles, as quickly and efficiently as possible. As iron helps transport oxygen into your blood stream, it is a very essential nutrient that you should include your daily diet.

Hello,

Not really sure where I heard about this one, but this one was a favorite, especially during the first few months after I started running. The idea is simple enough. You run at a very slow pace for 30 seconds, a medium pace for 20 seconds and then as fast as you can possibly run for 10 seconds.

Hi Rosetta, It is proven that there are dietary supplements which help in weight loss but I would like to tell you that you should always check with your doctor before taking any type of supplement. Even supplements can have side effects and may interfere with medications you take. However dietary supplements have proven to be the best alternative in many cases where anybody wants to loose weight without doing any kind of exercise. You can see more about dietary supplements here :- http://hardsupplements.co.uk .

it is most important to consume real food before the workout ,
not as important after the workout…

To understand why, it’s important to know how our bodies use energy during a workout. When we exert ourselves, we burn glycogen — the cache of glucose we keep stored in our muscle and liver cells. After we’ve gone through that store of carbohydrates, we can start to feel fatigued. As Thompson explains for the ACSM, the body can store about 2,000 calories in glycogen. If you plan to go over that amount (and, wow, that’s quite a workout if you do!), you could begin to get light-headed, weak or just plain exhausted.

thats why it is most important to consume real food before a real workout…

I’m also a fan of different Japanese foods but Japanese food is often prepared and served in small bite-size pieces, which makes it easy when eating with chopsticks.

When you do reach your fat loss target, the next challenge is maintaining that body fat level. By subtly changing your diet, you will find it relatively easy to maintain a stable body weight. At this point, most trainers should maintain 5 – 6 smaller meals per day. However, don’t make the mistake of slipping back to old high carb eating habits or you will start piling on the fat you have shed.
