Hello,
I would start with Waist Whittler exercise, to start this you need to get down on the floor and get into a posture like you are about to do a push-up. Now, pull up your left knee in a manner to touch your left elbow. This will help you for matching up the knee and elbow on the similar side of the body. After this, put your foot back on the floor. Alternatively do this exercise for other side of the body.

After having my son i went from 220 down to 155. Have you looked into your school’s gym to see if they offer classes you could maybe take? Or maybe trying out exercise videos? I find exercise videos to be more beneficial to me because I can do that at my own time when they fit my schedule. I started with P90x which I love so far because I am working all parts of my body to get toned. It has 12 workouts with include everything from cardio, to yoga, and even weight training. I would start with some cardio like running or swimming and some mild weight training. Make sure you supplement your exercising with some high protein foods so you don’t risk losing any weight.

Hiya everyone,

I need some advice on how to lose weight and tone up at the same time. I am 22, female, weigh 11 stone 9 pounds (163 pounds) and am 5 ft 8. I joined a gym on the 5th July and will be working out 4-5 days a week. I used to cycle everyday until I was hospitalized, I’ve put weight on since then and I just want to lose it.

The gym has everything, but I’m not sure on how long I should work on each piece of equipment for, and what order to use them in. I know cardio is the best way to lose weight, but is it best to lose weight then start to tone? Or can you lose weight whilst toning at the the same time?

Any advice would help me out a lot . Thank you in advance :)

Going to bed don’t not make you lazy. It the time your body completely restores, regenerate the cell replacement and tissues. It your body way of keep you fresh and up to speed with muscle that work and cell tissues that ready to fight to keep you health the next day. The body is a amazing machine if you let it do it job. Staying in bed to longer than the normal 8 hours (give or take) will make you feel lazy due to over sleeping.

Fast food company are out for profits, the T V ads directed to kids to drag you there. It all a mental game. Fast food company are now open 24 – 7 and making people lazy. You have to put self first. you eat with your eye first, stomach second and your brain coming last. Change the way you think about food and put your brain first and make good choices. Blink with your eyes. Remember your stomach is the size of your fist. When I sit down to eat. I make a fist and decide from there. How much I going to stretch that little fellow. The stomach can stretch to up 10 time it size. I have fast food once or twice a month and I only eat half.
