Recipe Description

5 cups almond flour

1 tsp himalayan salt

1 tsp baking soda

2/3 cup grapeseed oil

1/2 cup xylitol

4 eggs

2 cups coarsely chopped dark chocolate

 

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F/175°C

2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Stir wet into dry then fold in chocolate pieces.

3. Bake for 17-19 minutes on parchment paper lined baking sheets until golden brown or toothpick comes out dry. Let cool for 30 min before eating.
