List of Ingredients
- 3.5 servings of Multi Grain Hot Cereal
- 0.5 servings of Wheat bran, crude (1 cup)
- 3 servings of Chocolate Whey Protein
- 2.5 servings of Flax Seed
- 1 serving of Raisins
- 2.5 servings of Adams Natural Peanut Butter Crunchy Unsalted
- 0.6 servings of Fat Free Skim Milk
- 1 serving of Honey (1 tbsp)
- 1 serving of Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Recipe Description
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add cinnamon and/or cyaenne pepper as desired (optional). Can use dried cranberries in place of or in addition to raisins (both optional).
Mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla and warm in microwave for 45 seconds then add milk, stir, and heat for another 30-45 seconds.
Mix warm wet mixture into dry ingredients.
Line large baking dish with wax paper then press mixture into bottom and flatten with another sheet of wax paper. Put in refrigerator over night.
Cut into squares. (at least 24) I usually have three squares as a serving.

1-3/4 cup Multi-grain Hot Cereal
1/2 cup wheat bran
1-1/2 cup Chocolate Whey Protein
5 TBsps flax seeds
5 TBsps raisins
5 TBsps crunchy natural peanut butter
6/10 cup non-fat milk
1 TBsp Honey
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon and/or cayenne pepper to tasts
