Recipe Description

Saute chorizo, bison, onions, and garlic in pan until meat has browned and onions are translucent.  Put in crock pot. Add chopped chipotle peppers, tomato paste, sugar, salt, cocoa, spices, lime juice, beef broth, and tomatoes. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.  Add beans and cook 2 hours more.
