Recipe Description

2 egg whites
1/3 cup of oatmeal, (if desired if not it still works out pretty good)
1 scoop of chocolate whey powder

*add water if needed or MORE egg whites*
3/4 tbsp of cacao, more if needed


 fry it on a frying pan for about 3-4 minutes

Somewhat tasteless. but full of protein and looks good :)

-add peanut butter or banana or cinnamon if desired for flavor
