Recipe Description

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     In a large skillet, add Coconut oil and brown ground turkey and garlic over medium high heat.
  • In a saucepan, boil water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside. Boil spinach until wilted, drain, and set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix  ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, oregano, basil, garlic, and pepper to taste. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, layer noodles then layer 1/3 of cheese mixture, 1/3 of ground turkey, 1/4 of pasta sauce, and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Cover with another layer of noodles. Repeat 2 times, leaving 1/4 of pasta sauce portion and mozzarella cheese to cover the top layer of noodles. Cover with aluminum foil
