- 4 servings of Diced Turkey Thigh
- 4 servings of New potatoes
Recipe Description
Slice the onion thinly and fry in the olive oil.
Add the turkey and brown.
When the turkey is brown, add the new potatoes, cut in small chunks, with skin (or use boiling potatoes for a mushier texture), add the chicken stock and water to cover.
Let it stew till the potatoes are tender
Season to taste
