Recipe Description

Boil chicken breasts in 1 pan til done.  Remove some water.  Add 1.5 cans of low-sodium chicken broth.

 

At same time chicken is boiling, sautee chopped onion, celery, and baby carrots in a separate pan.

Once vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked, pour vegetables into chicken mixture.  Add 1 can of water.  Simmer.
