Recipe Description
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup Simply Whites and almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp each baking powder & baking soda
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat applesauce and sugar in a large bowl. Add vanilla and egg whites and almond milk, and beat until fluffy.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda. Add to sugar mixture. Beat into wet mixture until incorporated. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by tablespoons onto a pan lined with silicone. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let cool slightly and remove to a cooling rack.
