List of Ingredients
- 4 servings of HORMEL ALWAYS TENDER, Center Cut Chops, Fresh Pork (4 oz)
- 1 serving of Spices, poultry seasoning (1 tsp)
- 1 serving of Garlic Salt
- 1 serving of Original No-stick Cooking Spray
- 4 servings of I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Stick
- 2 servings of Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 servings of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Recipe Description
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt 4 tbsp of I can't believe it's not butter in microwave in a medium bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of the shredded parmesan, 1 tbsp poultry seasoning, and 1/4 tsp garlic salt to melted butter. Mix - this should be "clumpy".
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread breadcrumb mixture on top of pork chops.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated parmesan over the pork chops.
- Bake in oven for approx 30 minutes, or until done.
