Recipe Description

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Melt 4 tbsp of I can't believe it's not butter in microwave in a medium bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of the shredded parmesan, 1 tbsp poultry seasoning, and 1/4 tsp garlic salt to melted butter.  Mix - this should be "clumpy".
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Spread breadcrumb mixture on top of pork chops.  
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup grated parmesan over the pork chops. 
  • Bake in oven for approx 30 minutes, or until done.
