Recipe Description

 

  • Take the 2 medium washed potatoes and cut into wedges, leaving the skin on. 
  • Par boil until the potatoes start to soften but do not fall apart.
  • Place into a plastic food bag along with the sunflower oil, chilli powder, all purpose seasoning.
  • Shake vigorously (ensuring bag is securely closed) until the wedges are evenly covered.
  • Bake in the middle of a hot oven for 30-40 minutes or until soft.
