Recipe Description
- Take the 2 medium washed potatoes and cut into wedges, leaving the skin on.
- Par boil until the potatoes start to soften but do not fall apart.
- Place into a plastic food bag along with the sunflower oil, chilli powder, all purpose seasoning.
- Shake vigorously (ensuring bag is securely closed) until the wedges are evenly covered.
- Bake in the middle of a hot oven for 30-40 minutes or until soft.
