Recipe Description
This is a "quick-and-dirty" version of a chicken breast, rice, and broccoli/veg meal. This version is most likely less nutritious but is much less time intensive to create.
1/4lbs (4oz) chicken breast, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup brown rice.
1. Cook chicken breast in oven for 45min at 350 (seasoning as desired).
2. Cook veg packs on stove in pot.
3. Cook rice packages in microwave.
