List of Ingredients
- 6 servings of Potatoes, white, flesh and skin, raw (1 potato large (3 to 4-1/4" dia))
- 5 servings of Low-fat Cream Cheese
- 4 servings of Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium (1 cup)
- 2 servings of Onions
- 0.5 servings of Celery, raw (1 cup chopped)
- 0.5 servings of Carrots
- 3 servings of Minced Garlic
- 4 servings of Coarse Kosher Salt
Recipe Description
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed.
- 2, 8oz packages 1/3rd less fat cream cheese, cubed.
- 4 cups chicken broth.
- 1 cup chopped onion.
- 1/2 cup chopped celery.
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots.
- 1 tbsp minced garlic.
- 1 tsp kosher salt.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and set to low for 8 hours. You may need to stir a few times to ensure the cream cheese gets incorporated fully.
