List of Ingredients
- 4 servings of Ground Turkey 93 percent Lean
- 2 servings of Egg, whole, raw, fresh (1 large)
- 0.75 servings of Instant Oatmeal, Regular
- 1 serving of Tomato sauce, no salt added (1 cup)
Recipe Description
Ingredients:
- 1lb. Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (no salt added)
Add to Taste:
- Fresh Parsley
- Oregano
- Basil
- Garlic
- Ground Black Pepper
- Chopped Onion
- Green Pepper
Preparation:
Coat baking pan with Pam cooking spray and preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, mix ingredients together with hands. Place in pan. Top with thin layer of tomato sauce and bake until turkey is thoroughly cooked.
