List of Ingredients
- 8 servings of Fat Free Half and Half
- 3 servings of Egg, white, raw, fresh (1 large)
- 2 servings of Omega 3 Egg, Large
- 1 serving of Chopped Spinach
- 2 servings of Super Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 2 servings of Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Recipe Description
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix egg and half & half.
Crisp bacon and cut into bits.
Coat bottom of glass 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
Pour thin layer of egg mixture into bottom of pan.
Layer spinich, shredded cheese, and bacon bits in that order.
Cover with remaining egg mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
