The Abs Of Marble Award Cruncher Ab Blaster Medal

Exactly what I was looking for to complement my P90X mission. Running isn’t my thing and starting with a nice modest routine will help make this more enjoyable and easier to commit to over the long run….no pun intended..lol

The Abs Of Marble Award Cruncher Ab Blaster Medal

Had to revise my plan, starting in March in northern Michigan was a BAD idea, May sounds more reasonable.

I Burned 25K Calories! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 20 Lbs! I Lost 5 Lbs!

Actually I have to agree. I was just getting ready to go out and realized when I took the first step… If I run now I’m gonna slip! Better do other workout until the ice and snow has melted. :(

I have scheduled it to start 1st of April, then it should be spring! I will reschedule if spring comes earlier and I really hope it does! Could however get stabilizers and run even in snow/ice…

Top Dog

Same here, AFinTraining. I just started P90X and I will use this to help with more cardio. Are you doing the classic routine or the lean?

I’m going to start in the gym on the treadmill, then move to outdoors once the weather gets warmer :-)

I decided to start both programs at once and am warming up with P90 UML, hopefully that will get me ready for The X and it will be a smoother transition to the cardio aspect as well…the risk of injury running in the winter conditions isn’t worth it either ..

It’s still chilly here in Oregon too. I figure that my dogs will like the additional exercise— anyone else walking and running with their pets?

Well. I’ve got no excuses; the weather here in Mesa is perfect for running — clear and in the upper 60’s to low 70’s. Don’t be too jelous though, by June its in the triple digits.

I Lost 5 Lbs!

I started going to the gym in early January, I lost 7 lbs. I’m burning about 700 to 800 calories, 4 days a week. The problem I have is I love food and I can hardly follow a diet favorable.

I Burned 25K Calories! I Biked 100 Miles! I Burned 5,000 Calories! I Lost 5 Lbs!

I have been P90X (Lean) followed up by 30-45 min of cardio for 3 weeks now. Not really losing a lot of weight (down about 6 pounds) but I am losing inches and am definitely getting stronger. This plan though will help keep me on track and better track my workouts.
