This 31-Day Fitness Bootcamp is a great way to get back in shape (or to get in great shape for the very first time!).

This plan combines a mixture of cardio, body-weight movements, and dumbbell strength-training exercises. These workouts can be performed by anyone, but will still challenge you and raise your fitness to a whole new level.

For best results, combine this plan with a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet.

It's important to give 100% effort during these workouts. Be sure to drink plenty of water, both when working out and on your rest days. At the end of the 31-days you should look better, feel better, and also have more energy!

I Lost 10 Lbs! Conqueror I Lost 5 Lbs!

Alright- this plan is a little light for me- but I will add in some of my favorite workouts to increase the intensity level and keep it challenging. It will be the CARDIO that is going to hurt- but Bring it On, I am ready!

It’s completely personal, but if your goal is to buff up a bit like most guys, it’s pretty simple. Try to cut out sugar, and be sure to get your recommended protein intake. That’s really over simplified though.

The nutrition feature on here is pretty accurate, and it now adjusts on how much you workout and what your goals are. I recommend making full use of it.

If you really want to get serious, talk with a nutritionist about your goals and they’ll blow your mind. And your wallet, haha.

Just starting this one today… glad to have finally found one that I can do at my apartment gym.

I Lost 10 Lbs! I Lost 20 Lbs!

Two days under the belt, doesn’t seem too bad yet… Definitely over-feeling it, given the exertion level. How’d I get this out of shape?!?

Day 1: I let myself off easy and didn’t push it this workout. For this first week I’m concentrating mostly on getting in the habit of doing workouts and watching for good form.
