My first legs+cardio workout was great…and then I couldn’t walk properly for about 5 days. Other than that, it’s been great. Easy to follow and easy to stay committed to!

This is really working for me, especially where I can choose my own cardio. It was crazy hot/humid out today so I found some free cardio videos on YouTube that I could do at my house.
