Workout Program Description
The U.S. Surgeon General’s recommended guidelines to reduce the risks for cardiovascular disease is to include 30 minutes of moderate-intense physical activity on most (preferably, all) days of the week. I like doing this workout because it is fast and easy and is keeping me on my goal task.
