I like doing this workout because it is fast and easy and is keeping me on my goal task.

Getting your daily exercise is important, whether its an indoor workout or an outdoor workout. I think you did an excellent job in choosing activities that you enjoy. In fact, I really like the fact that you created your own 'bleachers' workout. :)
