It looks like you have a great comprehensive design. However, on the T/Th early morning workout - why not add an extra 5 minutes to each activity so you can meet the Surgeon General's minimum recommendation of 30 minutes of physical activity? Regarding your strength exercise, remember you had mentioned you wanted to tone up your core - so you may want to consider adding exercises that target the obliques, rectus abdominals, and back, as well.
