Cobra 1 set: 10 reps Lay on your stomach with toes on the ground. Push your upper body off of the ground with your hands placed flat on the mat. Look up to the ceiling. |

Downward Facing Dog 1 set: 10 reps Place hands flat on the floor, bend body at hip with butt facing up. Stand on toes and push heels down as far as possible. |

Ait and Reach 1 set: 10 reps Sit on the floor with feet straight out in front of yourself. Bend at the wait and attempt to reach as far towards your toes as possible. |

|
Cherry Pickers 1 set: 10 reps Stand with legs spread apart farther than your shoulders. Reach down and then further and further back between legs. Reach three times and then stand back upright. |
