Workout Program Description

This program is to help me reach my goal of reaching physical and spiritual health. I have included cardio, strength, and relaxation routines.

Workouts

Description

This workout is to burn calories and increase cardiovascular endurance. Essentially it is a fat burning routine to accompany a weight training and yoga routine. This is to go along with my other custom cardio workouts for the rest of the week. I find it best to switch cardio acivites so you don' get to comfortable in one area (therefore losing some of the benefits - plus it gets boring). Be sure to add a warm up and stretch after.

Suggested Schedule

This workout should be done weekly on:

Miss B's Observations

WoW - You really took the time to create something unique every day of the week! Now it's just a question of sticking to it and not being overwhelmed. Most days of the week you are doing both cardio and strength training, but are doing a great job balancing out the two by working different muscles. Just remember, sometimes when we get stressed or our lives get busy, it tends to be difficult to go to the gym - so allow yourself the flexibility to miss a workout and still have it be okay. In looking at your exercise selection - you have chosen strength exercises that are not redundant or overwork one part of the body over the other. Overall, fantastic workout. I look forward to following your progress on this design. :)
