Workout Program Description

These routines were developed as the first step of the Power 90 in-home boot camp for total body transformation.  Follow Tony Horton through one of these full-length routines each day, with one day off per week as you find your comfort zone.  Then, when you are ready, move on to Stage 3-4 where Tony continues to challenge you while super charging your results ensuring a total body transformation in 90 days!

Sweat combines power yoga, cardio, kick boxing, and plyometrics that will blast your legs, arms and abs, and burn calories while you build stamina and speed.
