This workout program is all cardio exercises and should be a great way to not get bored with your cardio. It should be performed twice a week, each workout on a separate day. Rest as little as possible between exercises. Try to build up your distance/speed with the exercises, but keep the time for each one the same.

Cardio machines

I picked this one because you can do different things so you don't get bored. I like trying new stuff like the rowing machine. The stair thing for me is like running the bleachers at football stadiums but I get to do it in air conditioning.

Variety

I really like this program because it gives you a great variety of cardio exercises. I've done programs similar to this one and I noticed it allowed me to push myself hard for the ten minutes I was on each machine.

I chose this workout to mix up my cardio routine. So far, I have only been doing the ellipitcal. I think this routine will help me from getting bored and work different muscle groups too.

I like this workout because it has two plans for you to choose between. This is a great thing for me when I go to the gym. I tend to do all my cardio in the gym using these types of machines and strength training at home. Both options include the use of a treadmill which I will never pass up, and the other two I choose will just depend on how I'm feeling that day. =] I also like this because it tells you exactly how long/or how far you should travel on these machines.
