Counting Steps

Trying to achieve a goal step count is what is motivating me to walk more. I am building up gradually, supposedly to 10,000 per day but I bust myself just to make half that. Hopefully as I lose weight, I'll do better. Good luck to us all.

Treadmill - short walks

I have a treadmill at home so I hope this will make this easy to do. I will try to step on the treadmill three times a day for 15 mins each time to start with.

I joined this group because i can easily get out and walk. I hope to gain alot of walking experiance, and to try to get alot of leg power. This is also easy to get my kids out to walk or ride there bike while i walked.

Nice...

I find this workout appealing becasue I am six months pregnant and I want to exercise regularly. I usually only walk about 20 minutes a day but finding three routes is a great idea. This will give my workout a little change and keep me going. Can't wait to try it out.
