Ultra-Marathon Training 67 km Run
Description
Step one: On a Saturday or Sunday, wake up early and take a bus 1 or 2 hours to the nearest town. Step two: Get out and run back home. It doesn't matter how fast you go or if you walk half way, just keep moving. You can injure yourself this way so don't overdo it...build up the distances!
