This program is designed for beginners, each routine trains all major muscle groups and therefore you can mix and match them as you like. The rule being that you always have a days rest between workouts. This workout will help improve fitness levels and reduce body fat. Crunches when overweight

At 400 pounds, I wonder if I can really do a crunch? When laying down my stomach pretty much would get in the way of any upward movement? Is there a different exercise I could substitute?
