My choice

I chose "8 minute abs" mostly due to the title. I know spot training or spot losing is possible, but I would like to tone my abdominal muscles. Let's face it, we are all "crunched" for time, so the 8 minute title grabbed me.

This will be great to work out the abs at home. I'm also trying out the Strength + Fat loss - Intermediate to Advanced Program and that seems to be a little time consuming I'll be great to come home and do the abs. Seems to work out all areas of the abs and doesn't take too much time. Well be great for toning and building a great 6 pack.
