My First Zumba

This is the first exercise class I've taken that I don't want it to end! I've never been much of a dancer (since I was born without a little thing called 'rhythm'), but everyone in this class is having so much fun that I don't care what I look like. Not only is zumba a great, sweat-breaking cardio workout, but it also boosts self confidence and leaves you feeling great about yourself.
