Description
This workout is designed for those of you trying to get going on a 8K (5 mile run). The cardio is running/walking. Each week we add to your long run. Week one: run/walk for 2.5 miles total each of 2 days. Long run: 1K (.6 miles) straight. Week two: run walk for 3 miles total each of 2 days. Long run: 1.6K (1 mile) straight. Week three run/walk for 3.5 miles total each of 2 days. Long run: 2.5K (1.3 miles) straight. Week four run walk for 4 miles total each of 3 days. Long run 3K (1.8 miles) straight. Weeks 5-8 to come soon!
