Missing Front Dumbbell Verticle Raise
Standing up with dumbbells in front of your hips, slowly move them up toward the ceiling. When you reach just above your shoulders, slowly lower them to the original position and repeat.

Missing Shoulder Shrugs
Standing up with dumbbells in at your sides, shrug your shoulders slowly up and down until you get tired.

Missing Burnout Fly
For this, I just take a light weight small plate (10-20 lbs.) and do sets of shoulder fly at high repetition levels. To be performed at the end of a workout.
