Workout Program Description

Geared towards a college-age female (I am 21) to work back up to peak dancer fitness without paying for dance classes or joining a performance troupe. 

 

This workout requires the following:

- Squash court & willing reliable partners

- Yoga mat

- Mirrors

- Light weights

- Exercise ball

- Knowledge of dance and stretching and.. probably being me unless I choose to explain everything

 

This is my level 1 full-throttle-back-to-optimal-health .. October 2009 workout.
