Missing Reverse Bicycles

Missing Crunchy Frog
In/Out sit ups with arm movement. 25 Reps

Missing Cross Leg Wide Leg Sit Ups
Lie flat on back, spread legs, do a sit up and touch toes. Up and Over movement. 25 Reps

Missing Fifer Scissors
"L" Shaped legs, pause between switching legs. 25 Reps

Missing Hip Rock and Raise
Lie flat on back, butterfly you legs, raise legs to ceiling. 25 Reps

Missing Pulse Ups Heals to Heaven
Both Legs in "L" Shape, push legs toward ceiling. 25 Reps

Missing V Ups Roll Ups
Lie flat on back, raise arms straight up, touch toes, when lower back is on the floor, raise legs into a "V" and reach up. 25 Reps

Missing Oblique V Ups
On Side, 30 degree legs. Touch elbows to knee. 25 Reps each side

Weights?

I was trying to update my workouts and put in the inofrmation on the Ab Ripper X, but its asking for weights? I have the video and no weights are required, do I just put my weight since most of the exercises are using my own weight?
