Crunchy Frog In/Out sit ups with arm movement. 25 Reps |

Cross Leg Wide Leg Sit Ups Lie flat on back, spread legs, do a sit up and touch toes. Up and Over movement. 25 Reps |

Fifer Scissors "L" Shaped legs, pause between switching legs. 25 Reps |

Hip Rock and Raise Lie flat on back, butterfly you legs, raise legs to ceiling. 25 Reps |

Pulse Ups Heals to Heaven Both Legs in "L" Shape, push legs toward ceiling. 25 Reps |
