Workout Program Description
Size and weight is the goal. Focusing totally on moving weight, stay close to the 5 sets of 5 reps goal. Always do warm-up exercises first for as many reps as you are comfortable with. Save the 2-3 reps for true power cycle in a few months, use this routine to prep your muscles and connective tissue. 6 to 8 weeks is the amount time needed for this cycle. Always use correct form and dont be afraid to lower the weight to get 5 clean reps.
